3VM, Three Valve Manifold

The 3VM (Three Valve Manifold) is a device designed to manage fluid control in high-pressure systems, capable of handling pressures up to 400 bar (6000 psi). It is constructed from durable materials, including SS316, SS316L, Monel, and Hastelloy-C, which are resistant to corrosion.

Key applications for this manifold include differential pressure (DP) gauges and DP transmitters, where it assists in equalizing pressure among different ports.

      • A stainless steel construction, along with options for Monel and Hastelloy-C276 materials.
      • Isolates each port while ensuring equal pressure distribution.
      • Comes with dust caps to keep contaminants out.
      • Wetted parts conform to NACE MR0175 standards for corrosion resistance.
      • Controlled venting options allow for the safe draining of process fluid, with optional PTFE packing or grafoil for added sealing.
